RETURNS AND REFUNDS are not permitted on custom tumblers or resin creations unless the item is damaged in transit. We are aware that sometimes our vision is not the same as yours but unfortunately with custom pieces that happens; we try to communicate as thoroughly as possible beforehand to avoid this. Any damage after the fact, we are not responsible for. Please be advised that our resin items should be treated with extreme care as they are delicate.
